Dean Harris

Dean has 20 years experience as an operational manager with strong financial and administrative background.

A diverse range of experience to board level has given Dean a strong background in governance, financial management, development and implementation of total quality systems (administration, financial, MIS, HR, quality assurance and compliance/audit). She has also had extensive involvement in business start-ups and implementation of business development and growth strategies.

Dean is known for her analytical, practical approach, combined with excellent interpersonal skills which motivate others to ensure organisational goals are achieved and individual potential and contribution recognised.
