To understand the needs of our clients, develop solutions and ultimately support the business improvement, we have developed a tried, tested and structured ‘Business Evaluation Process’ (BEP) which involves 3 distinct phases:-

  1. Discovery: analysis of the current business and its market
  2. Development: design and development of clear strategies, including identified business improvement areas/systems/processes
  3. Delivery: ‘hands-on’ supporting the management of change

Once the recommendations are approved, we move to Phase 2 - Development

Phase 2: Development 

Having understood the strengths and weaknesses of your business and agreed the way forward, we will work to create a Business Improvement Plan (BIP).

Using the evaluation we will be able to focus on areas of improvement - we will work with you to stimulate tasks, activites, responsibilities and time-scales, enhancing the business performance and develop a business strategy for the future.

Frequently Asked Questions

Usually 3 months for the ‘Discovery’ phase followed by between 1 and 2 years for the ‘Development’ and ‘Delivery’ phases; with a fixed number of agreed days per month.
